Ideal for cutting, resecting, and anastomosing tubular organs within the abdominal cavity, such as the intestines, stomach, bile ducts, and urinary tract. Featuring a built-in rotating joint for optimal access in narrow or deep surgical fields, this instrument enables simultaneous tissue transection and double-layer anastomosis in a single step.
Not applicable:Not suitable for calcified hardened tissue, eroded thin mucosa, high-tension lacerations, or superficial skin sutures.
Product Performance Features
- 1The instrument features a smooth, burr-free surface with a blunt, non-sharp tip to prevent accidental injury to abdominal organs during surgery. The shaft and stapler cartridge assembly have a matte finish to eliminate glare and avoid interfering with the laparoscopic view.
- 2The stapler anvil is sharp and pointed; the cutting blade has sufficient hardness. Cutting force ≤ 0.80 N. The tissue cross-section after cutting is smooth with no burrs.
- 3The cartridge assembly is easy to install and remove, features precise alignment, and provides an audible click when fully seated. The jaw and rotating joint move smoothly without any sticking.
- 4The metal rod shaft surface roughness is Ra ≤ 1.6 μm, and no rust or discoloration occurs after 2 hours of neutral salt spray corrosion testing.
- 5The stapler forms a stable, standard "B"-shaped staple. The anastomosis withstands pressure ≥ 3.6×10³ Pa; during 15 s of holding time, leakage does not exceed 10 drops.

Standard Operating Procedure
- 1Pre-operative inspection: Verify that the outer packaging is intact, with no damage, air leaks, or moisture exposure, and that it has not expired. After opening, inspect the instrument shaft for bending or deformation, ensure the staple cartridge is complete with no missing staples, and confirm the blade is free of chips or damage.
- 2Match and load: Select the staple cartridge with the correct height and color based on the tissue thickness of the surgical organ. Align it with the instrument slot, push it in until you hear an audible click to confirm secure locking.
- 3Laparoscopic Insertion: Gently insert instruments through the veterinary laparoscopic trocar, adjust jaw angle via the rotating joint, and position the target tubular organ flatly between the jaws.
- 4Firing alignment: After confirming correct organ positioning, operate the handle smoothly to complete firing, simultaneously achieving tissue transection and double-row staple formation. Each cartridge supports a single firing only.
- 5Instrument Removal: Gently release the jaws, rotate to adjust the angle, and withdraw the instrument smoothly. Verify that staple formation is complete, the cutting edge is clean, and there is no bleeding or leakage at the anastomosis site.
- 6Post-operative handling: This is a single-use device. After use, discard the device and spent staple cartridge together in accordance with veterinary medical waste disposal regulations. Do not clean, re-sterilize, or reuse.
Safety Precautions
- Intended solely for laparoscopic anastomosis of abdominal organs in livestock and companion animals. Strictly prohibited for use in non-veterinary clinical settings.
- Do not use if the packaging is damaged, wet, expired, or ineffective; if the shaft is bent, blades are chipped, staples are missing from the cartridge, or safety mechanisms are compromised.
- Precisely match staple height to actual tissue thickness. Tissue that is too thin risks tearing; tissue that is too thick may result in an insecure anastomosis.
- If the jaw jams, the rotational joint stalls, firing power is weak, staples are deformed, or the cut is incomplete during surgery, stop immediately and replace with a new instrument.
- Do not bend or twist the instrument shaft violently, and do not forcibly pry or rotate the joints. This prevents internal structural damage that could leave fragments inside the animal's abdominal cavity.
- Do not reuse. Reuse may cause blade dulling, staple corrosion, and reduced clamping force, increasing the risk of abdominal infection and anastomotic leak.
- Empty chambers have a safety mechanism to prevent accidental discharge. Do not force the safety structure open to fire.

Store in a cool, clean, dry, and well-ventilated area away from corrosive gases. Do not store outdoors or expose to sun and rain. Do not store with toxic, hazardous, odorous, flammable, or explosive materials.
